Spring 2023 Online Professional Learning Opportunities

These professional learning sessions will be hybrid courses, with both self-directed and facilitated activities. There will be interactive webinars and access to a Canvas Course with lesson overview videos, instructional resources (teacher presentation slides), and digital copies of student exercises.

Participants will receive the following as part of their registration: Online launch session with a SIM Professional Developer, access to the Professional Development Courses on Canvas, access to digital teacher resources, and virtual follow-up coaching with the SIM professional developer.

Thanks to funding from the Educational Promise Foundation, this professional learning and accompanying instructional materials are available to educators in Montana at no cost.

The cost for non-Montana participants is $150 per session plus cost of the manuals for each session (materials for each session are listed and linked below).

You can pay for each of the sessions through the KUCRL Online Store - simply search for the name of the session you're registering for and add it to your cart (note: some of the materials are also available in the KUCRL Online Store)

Step Three: Purchase Materials

You will need to purchase guidebooks for each of the sessions if you do not already have them. Materials are sold through the KUCRL Online Store or the publisher, Edge Enterprises, Inc.

For the Sentence Writing Strategies Session you will need the following materials:
