SIMposium Session: Adaptive Professional Learning Model – Online Tool Exploration

Session Description:

Join CRL researchers and APLM technology developer to explore the new Adaptive Professional Learning Model online tool. The tool includes an infrastructure readiness survey that results in an easy-to-read display of system infrastructure, resources to guide team conversations about systems change. An online coaching log, and an interactive implementation tool. Session participants will have the opportunity to log in to the system, test its features, and engage in conversations with researchers and each other to think about how the tools might assist with SIM implementation.

• Participants will:
  • Learn about APLM Online from the researchers and field-based SIM coaches who have developed and implemented it.
  • Have the opportunity to try out a new coaching platform including readiness surveys, logs and conversation guides.
  • Tap into the collective capacity of the session attendees to discuss possible implementation ideas.
